The start of a new year encourages us to recommit to our soul’s purpose, our body and heart’s well being, create new visions and aspirations.

When we embody our wishes, we empower their potency and actualization.

And our dance may reveal other hopes and longings that we were yet unaware of going into a new year. Let’s take this opportunity together to ground our desires into physical revelation and give our souls the chance to express truths and gratitude for the journey to HereNow.

We will gather on Zoom. Once your registration form and payment have been received, you will get the technical information you need to participate, via email. It will not be an automatic response. Your instructions will be sent shortly after.

Music begins 15 minutes before we start, giving us time to settle, stretch, perhaps light some candles, turn off distractions and tune in.
