Welcoming the Lunar New Year - WATER TIGER - moving to a 5Rhythms Wave. Tiger is adventurous, unpredictable, fierce and fun! Water takes the path of least resistance.

We will gather on Zoom. Once your registration form and payment have been received, you will get the technical information you need to participate, via email. It will not be an automatic response. Your instructions will be sent shortly after.

Music begins 15 minutes before we start, giving us time to settle, stretch, perhaps light some candles, turn off distractions and tune in.
