The Zone.... we've all had a taste of that blissful place while doing sports or dancing, being in nature, meditating... time seems to stop and we are deliciously present. This workshop focuses on the physical gateways to each rhythm, opening the possibilities for deeper access to ecstatic trance beyond the mind. Insights gained from this practice are life tools.
