On this Father’s Day, we open space to honor the Masculine in it’s shadow and light. We dance to heal our wounds and celebrate it’s strength. We listen to our ancestral lineage and empower a fresh dialogue with our own masculine energy. As our own father figure, how do we show up? What is our relationship to steering our own course, manifesting our visions, setting healthy boundaries, encouraging ourselves to take risks, providing safety, standing for what we love and care about? Explore this inquiry through movement, releasing old stories and celebrating the Now.

Every Sunday morning at the South Yuba Club in Grass Valley from 9:30 - Noon. Inspired by the work of Gabrielle Roth and the 5Rhythms, led by Juliette Phyllis Kunin Certified 5Rhythms Teacher, with support from other fabulous teachers.
