This 5Rhythms® Waves workshop provides a safe container to explore living your authenticity with #nofilter. Learn to listen to your body, to trust your intuition, to express your truth, move past censoring your creativity and hear your soul’s guidance. All levels of abilities and experience welcome.

ACCOMODATIONS are up to each participant. Lava Hot Springs is a small town with everything in walking distance. Some hotels have their own private hot springs included on their grounds. Air BnB and VRBO are also available. Places are limited due to the size of the town. Early booking is recommended. View suggestions here. Reach out to Teresa for advice.
