Dance outside in beautiful Idaho and celebrate the Fall Equinox! 5Rhythms dance is featured in the 7th Annual Feastival event hosted by Idaho BaseCamp dedicated to a working consciousness of the environment, community and self.

In this 5Rhythms Fall Equinox medicine dance,  we connect to the Elements and recognize the gifts they bring to our lives. The 5th element of Ether - the final rhythm of Stillness - brings us home where all elements unite into Unity. We gather as community to sweat our prayers and unite in gratitude.
