Autumn… as leaves shed, we feel the call to release. How do we create space inside for the
meditation of winter?
The 5Rhythms moving meditation/ dance practice, created by Gabrielle Roth, is a beautiful path of release, healing and ultimately, true self-acceptance. By moving through the rhythms, Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness, we explore the nature of who we are and how our energy moves in this life. In this workshop, we will creatively investigate what each rhythm opens in the longing to let go. Open to all abilities and experiences.
Both the dance evening & workshop are introductions to the foundation of the 5Rhythms practice. Seasoned dancers as well as beginners will benefit from this exploration of the basic concepts set in motion.
