Guest teacher and facilitator for monthly Ecstatic Dance Mendocino.

We begin with a guided 5Rhythms class from 10 - 11 am (optional), followed by a 5Rhythms Sweat Your Prayers dance which will not be guided. Come to the class and then take what you've practiced deeper on the dance floor. Dance will end at 1:00 followed by a Sound Healing and closing circle.

NEW YEAR: We dance into fresh possibilities. The 5Rhythms: Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical & Stillness are a map to freedom, simple and profound. Each rhythm catalyzes release and fresh perspective in it's own unique way. Open to all levels of abilities and experience.
