Guest teacher and facilitator for monthly Ecstatic Dance Mendocino celebrating the Divine Feminine. 

We begin with a guided 5Rhythms class from 10 - 11 am (optional), followed by a 5Rhythms Sweat Your Prayers dance which will not be guided. Come to the class and then take what you've practiced deeper on the dance floor. Dance will end at 1:15 followed by a Sound Healing.
